  • 우리 연구실은 Wide Bandgap (WBG) 반도체(GaN, Ga₂O₃ 등)를 기반으로 한 고효율 전력반도체 소자를 개발하는 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.
    이 분야는 최근 국내외 반도체 및 전력 산업에서 큰 주목을 받고 있는 핵심 연구 주제입니다.
